"Growing up, my mom had a hair salon in our house. I spent a lot of my time watching and becoming familiar with the energy." After being on Butler Street for 5 years with her other business (Avere Beauty), it only made sense to acquire the brand that was once regarded as a private club. "Maniküre had been around for years before we got to Lawrenceville - I could never get an appointment which was good and bad. When we responded to an ad from a broker about a nail salon for sale and I saw it was Maniküre, I figured it was the only way I was going to get a nail appointment."
